DIGISYSTEM QUESTIONNAIRE

This questionnaire has been designed for needs assessors who want a quick, easy and effective means of recommending a system for a student. The questionnaire consists of a series of easy-to-answer questions (to be directed at the student being assessed) and at the end, a Comfort DigiSystem specification will appear. The student can then trial that system for 10 days to ensure it works.
