Training, Maintenance & Servicing

Once a system has been purchased, Gordon Morris Ltd. will ensure that the customer is knowledgeable about how the system is operated by way of free training. It has been discovered from our twenty years of experience that most problems stem from a lack of information, misunderstandings and poor training in the field. Our technicians will therefore make sure that full training is given to the person responsible for the system.

In order to ensure your system is working to its full capability, Gordon Morris Ltd. engineers will come to your establishment and service your hearing system. We offer you, the customer, the protection of a full one-year warranty on our installations and there is a two-year warranty on the portable equipment we supply. Repairs are completed in-house by our engineers.
